Local road cyclist finishes 2nd on GOOD FRIDAY!
Easter weekend marked the opening event of the 2010 Road Ontario Cup race series. With an outstanding turnout, 558 riders took to the challenging of completing one of the longest loops on the O-Cup circuit. CONGRATS to Rick Dagenais for finishing 2nd in the Master 1 division. First Half Marathon Clinic!
So it's nine weeks into my first half marathon training program and I can excitedly say I completed my first 14 km run in an hour and twenty minutes. Thank you to the trainers and all the volunteers who give great support and motivation.
